Project Description

• "Aryabhatta 2.0" - is a B2B EMI Collections App designed for collecting EMIs from clients, offering both cash and online payment options. It features integration with the Razorpay payment gateway for online transactions and Collected over 23 Lakh+ EMIs and over 550+ Crores (Cash - 450+ & Online - 100+)
• "Aryabhatta 3.0" - is a loan onboarding and disbursement application that utilizes facial liveness checks, OCR, and validations for Aadhar, Voter ID, and bank details to mitigate risks and developed in React.

Roles & responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, and implementation of the graphical layout and UI/UX.
• By developing the in-house application Aryabhatta 2.0, we eliminated the need for third-party applications to collect EMIs, thereby reducing the company's cost.
• As a firefighter, I developed Collection APIs (Collected over 23 Lakh+ EMIs with success rate of 96%) and API integration kit for APIs Planning to improve frontend and backend efficiency, boosting productivity and understanding. Integrated Razorpay Payment Gateway for online Payments.
• I developed a reusable attendance module in Aryabhatta 2.0, allowing for geolocation-based employee tracking with selfie capture for punch in/out via eye blink or manual capture in Ionic Angular.
• Achieved 94% initial testing success for two apps, focusing on scalability and performance.

Project Description

• "BASS by ITUS" - is a B2B insurance brokering app designed for POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) who assist clients seeking insurance policies for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and health. It integrates with companies like Reliance, GoDigit, and others, providing clients with various options to choose from, ensuring they find the perfect policy for their needs.
• "Kshema" - is an app designed to offer crop insurance for farmers growing crops like paddy and wheat etc. It's linked with Google Maps, allowing clients to pinpoint their farms on the map. Our app then calculates the acreage and offers insurance based on the customer's choices.

Roles & responsibilities

• Being a Team lead, have assumed responsibilities and worked in a fast-paced environment with 4 other team members.
• Enhanced an existing app's conversion rate by 60% through improved code and design.
• Integrated CCAvenue for payments in both the Bass by Itus and Kshema applications.
• Developed a Video KYC feature in “Kshema” using Ionic Angular's Camera Preview plugin, displaying questions every 10 seconds for clients to answer, improving KYC and mitigating risks.
• Developed & supported the entire application lifecycle (Concept, Design, Test and release).
• Developed application for Web, iOS and Android platforms.
• Utilized Firebase for implementing push notifications in both applications, and created a Progressive Web App (PWA) for web view, deploying it through Firebase.
